SAFETY PROTECTIONS
TEVIMA installs safety systems on the machines, such as fairings, protection screens, stop pushbuttons,… .. complying with the directives of Royal Decree 1215/1997. |
Applying the requirements of this standard, the mandatory safety measures that the machines have to comply with are guaranteed. |
TEVIMA makes a study of the mandatory security systems that their machines have to assemble, and once installed, the client is given a Certificate validated by an accredited Higher Technician in Prevention of Occupational and Occupational Risks and at the same time validated and sealed by the Col Legi d'Enginyers. |
LASER CHECKS
Tevima offers the machine verification service using the ML10 laser interferometer. It is a single-frequency HeNe laser that works according to the principles of "interferometry".. |
The data obtained is presented in a detailed report and can be analyzed according to the standards: ISO 230-2, VDI2617, ASME B5.54, JIS-B6330, ASME B89, GB-10931-89, VDI 3441. |
The verifications that are carried out are the following: |
Linear measurement: it is the most common form of measurement made with a laser. The laser system measures the repetition and linear positioning precision by comparing the position offered by the CNC with the actual position measured by the laser system. |
Angular measurement: The laser system measures angular precision and repetition at target positions along the machine's axis of travel. |
Straightness measurement: The laser system measures the straightness precision and the repetition at the target positions along the axis of movement of the machine. This verification must be carried out on both planes (vertical and horizontal). |
Plane measurement: The laser system measures the plane of a surface and determines trouble spots throughout the plane. This measurement is used for verification tables that need to be checked with a fixed periodicity. |
PREVENTIVE MAINITENANCE
From TEVIMA we advise our clients to carry out preventive maintenance of their machines at least once a year in order to avoid possible problems and breakdowns, affecting production in most cases.
Thanks to this measure, significant economic savings are achieved in terms of spare parts, repairs and most importantly, avoiding production stops.
